We would be delighted to welcome you and support your coverage of Wheels and Waves before, during, and after the event. Share your project and objectives with us, and we will be happy to assist you and provide any specific materials you may need.

Wheels and Waves welcomes you to experience and share unforgettable moments together. Our experiences are also a playground for content creation. Content produced can be used for your personal use, for our partner brands, and for Wheels and Waves.
Any content created for promotional or commercial purposes on Wheels and Waves sites, on behalf of non-partner brands for W&W 2026, requires our prior authorization. For example, if a brand sponsoring a rider at Wheels and Waves wishes to create content during the event, the brand must contact the W&W organization in advance.

Images help showcase Wheels and Waves, and we’re thrilled to see more and more of you joining us to enjoy the event and capture it in your own way. Thank you for your support and for sharing your content… We can’t wait to see your next shots.
As a small organization, we unfortunately cannot provide payment, but we want to highlight your skills and give visibility to a selected group of photographers and videographers through a media accreditation (limited in number and granted by selection). This accreditation gives you free access to public areas during the five days of the event, allowing you to fully experience Wheels and Waves. In return, we ask that you share at least 100 photos with us, which we may use on our social media, newsletters, and website, with full credit to you.
For safety reasons, only our official WAW Media Crew and official photographers/videographers of our partners are allowed in certain specific areas during motorcycle experiences. Depending on availability, we may invite some accredited photographers to access these areas as well. Don’t worry though, most content is captured from public areas, and believe us, there’s plenty of opportunity. You prove it every year! Several photographers have already seen their work recognized and featured in prestigious media outlets.
